> OVERVIEW

This Privacy Policy describes how EZscape Ventures LLC (“EZSCAPE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit ezscape.space (the “Site”) or use our software products.

We believe in transparency and minimal data collection. We only collect what is necessary to deliver our products, process payments, and protect licenses.

Information You Provide

• ▪Account information — Email address and name when you create an account or make a purchase
• ▪Payment information — Processed securely by payment providers. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers
• ▪Email signup — If you subscribe to updates, we collect your email address
• ▪Support communications — Content of emails or messages you send to us

Referral Applications and Invitations

When you submit a creator application, we use your profile identity, follower count and recent public activity to verify profile ownership and review your application. If you choose social sign-in as part of application review, it uses read-only access; we do not ask for your social password or permission to post.

A creator invited by EZSCAPE verifies the email address of their EZSCAPE account to review and accept the private offer. If the invitation specifies an email address, the account must use that address. Invited creators do not need social sign-in or social-profile review.

If you choose YouTube verification, it uses YouTube API Services. The YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy apply. You can revoke access in your Google account permissions. Revoking access and removing a saved profile are separate actions.

Information Collected Automatically (Website)

• ▪Optional uses. Limited information about site use may be used to understand and improve the Site, subject to your settings.
• ▪Optional features. Some features may use additional information when you choose to use them.
• ▪Cookies and similar technologies. We remember your choice. Use Cookies in the footer to change it. Browser privacy settings are respected. Where consent is required, optional uses remain off until you allow them.

Information Collected by the Software

• ▪License verification data — The Software communicates with our servers for license activation and verification. Information collected during this process is used solely to validate your license and enforce seat limits

What We Do NOT Collect

• ▪We do not collect usage telemetry, project files, creative content, browsing activity, keystrokes, or screenshots from the Software
• ▪We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties

We use the information we collect to:

• ▪Activate and verify licenses on your machines
• ▪Enforce seat limits and prevent unauthorized use

• ▪Improve the Site and our products through analytics

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

We retain your account and license data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our products and services. License verification data is retained for the duration of your license.

If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within thirty (30) days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or fraud prevention purposes.

Saved observations from social sign-in expire after 29 days. You can remove a saved profile from Refer and earn; this does not delete your social account or erase commission and payment records.

We retain commission, payment, refund, dispute and accepted-agreement records for seven years after the relevant tax return's filing date or due date, whichever is later, and longer when required for an unresolved matter or applicable obligation. Temporary social-profile review snapshots are excluded from long-term backups.

Optional data follows our current retention settings. You may withdraw consent at any time through Cookies in the footer.

> 5. DATA SECURITY

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
