License Activation

Activating Your License

1. Open CRTified in your host application (apply it to any clip)
2. Scroll down to the License section in the effect controls
3. Enter your email and license key (from your purchase confirmation email)
4. Click Activate
5. The status will update to show your license is active

License Details

• Each license covers one host application (DaVinci Resolve OR After Effects)
• Bundle licenses cover both host applications
• Up to 2 machines per license
• Each license is bound to your machine. Choose wisely.

Rent-to-Own

If you chose a monthly subscription, your payments accrue toward ownership. The Ownership field shows your progress. Once your payments reach the full price, the license converts to a permanent perpetual license automatically.

Troubleshooting Activation

"Activation failed"

• Double-check your email and license key (copy-paste to avoid typos)
• Ensure you have an active internet connection
• Check that your key matches the host application (DVR key for Resolve, AE key for After Effects)

Watermark still showing after activation

• Click Refresh Status in the License section
• Close and reopen the host application
• If the issue persists, clear the OFX cache (Resolve) and restart

Refunds

Self-service refunds are available within 7 days of purchase through your account page. Abuse of the refund system will result in a permanent ban and may be reported to your payment provider as fraud.
