Installation
How to install CRTified on Windows and macOS.
System Requirements

Windows
- Download the installer from your account page
- Close DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and/or Final Cut Pro
- Run the installer - it will place the plugin in the correct location automatically
- Open your host application - CRTified will appear in the effects panel
Windows may ask for permission (UAC prompt) since the plugin installs to a system directory.
macOS
- Download the
.pkginstaller from your account page - Close DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and/or Final Cut Pro
- Double-click the
.pkgfile and follow the prompts - If macOS blocks the installer, go to System Settings > Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway
- Open your host application
Updating
Run the latest installer - it will replace the previous version automatically. Your saved user presets are stored separately and will not be affected.
Uninstalling
Windows
Use Add or Remove Programs in Windows Settings, or run the uninstaller from the Start Menu.
macOS
Delete the plugin bundle from:
- DaVinci Resolve:
/Library/OFX/Plugins/CRTified.ofx.bundle - After Effects:
/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/7.0/MediaCore/CRTified - Final Cut Pro:
/Library/Plug-Ins/FxPlug/CRTified.fxplug
Plugin Not Detected (DaVinci Resolve)
If Resolve doesn't detect the plugin after installation, close Resolve completely and run the installer again. This will refresh the plugin cache automatically.
