Activation
How to activate your Ditheron license and unlock the full plugin.
Ditheron works immediately after install — you can explore every feature and see the full effect on your footage. To unlock clean output for final renders, enter your license key.
How to Activate
- Open your host application and apply Ditheron to any clip
- Scroll down to the License section in the effect controls
- Enter your email (the one you purchased with)
- Enter your license key (from your confirmation email or account page)
- Click Activate License
The status will update to show your license is active. That's it — you're good to go.
One license. Every host. You can activate on up to 2 machines, any mix of DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
Finding Your License Key
Your license key was sent to you in two places:
- Confirmation email — sent immediately after purchase. Check spam/junk if you don't see it.
- Account page — visit ezscape.space/account, enter your email, and we'll send you a magic link to view your license details.
Internet Requirement
Your license checks in periodically, so you will need to be online at least once every 10 days or so. If you have an extended offline need (e.g. a remote shoot), contact support in advance.
Rent-to-Own
If you're on the monthly plan, you pay 4 payments of $20 and own it at $80. Once you reach that ownership threshold, your license converts to a perpetual license automatically. You can check your progress on your account page.
Troubleshooting Activation
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| "Invalid key" | Double-check for typos. Copy-paste from your email to avoid mistakes. |
| "Already activated" | You may have hit the 2-machine limit. Contact support for help. |
| "Network error" | Check your internet connection. Activation needs a brief online check. |
| Key not arriving by email | Check spam/junk folders. Try requesting a new magic link from the account page. |
